Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, gabjee may void all pending bets, cancel any active bonuses, and withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found after investigation, any legitimate remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method.
You may close your gabjee account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been met and no investigation is ongoing.
